ООО ПТП "Агробаланс" это новое предприятие основанное в 2005 году, которое занимается решением двух важных для Украины проблем. Во-первых, это утилизация отходов промышленного птицеводства - куриного помета. Накопление помета в отвалах возле крупных птицефабрик наносит окружающей среде вред не меньший, а иногда и больший, чем промышленность. Этим ООО ПТП "Агробаланс" решает важную экологическую проблему.
Во-вторых, это производство на основе куриного помета экологически чистых органоминеральных удобрений "Добрі добрива", использование которых позволяет выращивать экологически чистую продукцию, повышать урожайность сельскохо-зяйственных культур и природное плодородие почвы.
На предприятии используется новая технология производства органоминеральных удобрений, которая позволяет менять рецептуру в процессе производства. Это позволяет производить удобрения для разного вида почв под непосредственно выращиваемые сельскохозяйственные культуры и благодаря этому получать высокие урожаи.
В Национальном научном центре "Институт почвоведения и агрохимии им. О.Н. Соколовского" проведена биологическая оценка удобрений и разработаны рекомендации по их применению.
Удобрения "Добрі добрива" внесены в "Перечень пестицидов и агрохимикатов, разрешенных для применения в Украине" со статусом "постоянная регистрация".

AGROBALANS LTD was established in 2005. The main reason for establishing it was the solution of two urgent problems for Ukraine:
- Utilization of chicken excrements which are stored close to huge battery farms polluting environment.
- Covering the demand of organic fertilizers “Dobri Dobriva” using of which in agriculture helps to grow environmentally friendly production, get big crops and increase prolificacy of the soil.
New Technologies of producing the fertilizers consist of combining organically and mineral components together in a same granule, enforcing the effect by increasing a sorption and an ion-exchange property.
New analogue of such fertilizers are “Dobri Dobriva”. The technological process of their production based on composing poultry excrements with mineral Fertilizers (NPK), a sorption and an ion-exchange, and producing a granulated material. Our product has passed biological, toxicological and ecological expertise, and is registered in Management of Safety of Chemical Substances of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine. The “Dobri Dobriva” has at humidity 4-5 %: nitrogen – 4-8 %, phosphorus (Р2О5) – 4,5 – 5,5% , and potash (К2О) – 4,5 – 5,5%.

The advantage of such fertilizers comparing to organic-mineral fertilisers is entering into their structure a sorption and an ion-exchange reactor. These fertilizers supply the soil with microelements, create thus optimum conditions for starting growth of plants and have thus long effect. “Dobri Dobriva” consist of microelements: manganese – 400 mg/kg; copper – 20-40 mg/kg; cobalt – 10-2 mg/kg; zink – 20-40 mg/kg.
The amount of heavy metals such as cadmium 100 times and lead 25 times less that permitted concentration according to Ukraine standards for organic fertilizers. One more advantage of “Dobri Dobriva” is that they are ecologically clean. Our product is made by using high temperatures (about 100-150 grad Celsius). This temperature destroys pathogenic microflora, heminth, kills a sabadilla of weed. The “Dobri Dobriva” consist of granules 4-5mm each. They are suitable for any type of applying fertilizers: main, local or in-line.
According to composition of “Dobri Dobriva” the optimal dose of applying fertilizers by dispersion method for cereal crop is 0,8 – 1,0 t/h, other 1,0 – 1,5 t/h. By the local applying fertilizers it is recommended to reduce the dose in 40-50% for the same crop capacity in compare to full dose. By the in-line applying fertilizers the most efficient dose for cereal crop is 0,2 – 0,3 t/h other - 0,3 – 0,5t/h. “Dobri Dobriva” are packaged in 25kg and 2kg bags.
The research of the Institute of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry UAAS have shown, that the using of “Dobri Dobriva” increases the crop capacity of whet, barley, sunflower, potato, sugar beet at 30-40% and improve the quality of the products.
